THE MIDTOWN CAMPUS PROJECT
WHAT WILL BECOME OF THE SANTA FE UNIVERSITY OF ART & DESIGN CAMPUS (SFUAD)??
So far the online survey results (2,234 in total) from Santa Fe residents made it clear that those who responded were primarily affluent, older, white community members, BUT we need to have the voices of our communities of color, families, youth, and working class communities represented in this HUGE investment of public lands & resources.
The City is coming to the final “Evaluation" phase of the Midtown Campus Project. Residents will see their ideas and suggestions come to life as concepts for the SFUAD campus
There will be several events in the coming weeks both in person and online. We NEED you to provide your input and ideas! It's up to us to tell planners what we like and what we don’t. There are 3 ways to get involved:
#1 - In-person event open to anyone in Santa Fe:
Friday, April 13th, 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Chavez Center Community Room. No sign up required, so you can drop in at any time. Time commitment is up to you. We suggest at least 45 minutes. It is a kid friendly environment.
#2 - Online feedback activity:
#3 - In-person events requiring advance sign up
Click here to SIGN UP FOR THESE EVENTS BY APRIL 7th.
Thursday, April 12th, 2:00 - 5:45 p.m. at Santa Fe Art Institute, 100 person limit. Time commitment is 3 hours and 45 minutes.
Sunday, April 15th, 1:00 – 4:45 p.m. at Southside Library, 100 person limit. Time commitment is 3 hours and 45 minutes.
