Join us on Wednesday, March 30 from 4:30-5:30 pm in collaboration w/ the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance to learn about the Red Rock Wilderness Act! We are seeking climate activists and land protectors in Northern NM and across the state to gain Representative Teresa Leger de Fernández as a co-sponsor of America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act. The Red Rock Wilderness Act affects the historic lands of Pueblos, Ute, Paiute, Diné, Goshue, and Hopi tribes.

Attend this workshop to make public lands a source of HEALING the climate crisis that Rep. Leger Fernández supports in office! The presentation will teach us how America’s Redrock Wilderness Act addresses the climate crisis and biodiversity loss, and is part of a global effort to protect 30% of land and water in their natural state by 2030. Together we also also head into breakout groups to get creative & write personal messages to our Reps in support of the Redrock Wilderness Act.
