Vive, Sueña y Transforma is a project developed by teachers at El Camino Real Academy as part of the school's response to environmental justice challenges faced by the community. It is an opportunity for students to use creative expression to envision alternatives to the polluting industries that have been allowed to set up across from their schools and homes. Students discuss the impacts of these industries and their pollutants on their health and wellbeing, and create models, drawings and stories for what they would rather see in their neighborhoods.
